Our team is like a family, and we have many long-term employees. Everyone attends continuing education training to sharpen skills and stay current on the latest well drilling technology, techniques and regulations. Community Involvement

Oconee Well Drillers has called Oconee County and Northeast Georgia home for more than 75 years. As a long-standing business, we make it a point to be a good corporate citizen by supporting local organizations and schools. Oconee Well Drillers sponsors Little League sports teams, the Oconee County School System and its sports teams, Relay for Life and many other events. We are also active members of the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce, and actively support the United Way of Northeast Georgia.

Professional Affiliations

Oconee Well Drillers has a long-standing history as a water supply leader in the state of Georgia. In addition to membership in a number of professional organizations, Dan Elder also serves on the Georgia Well Water Standards Advisory Council appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue. Elder also served as the past president of the Georgia Association of Groundwater Professionals.
